## Designed on the shopfront you photographed

No stock facade and no logo pasted on top: the agent works on your own site photo, clears the old sign first and fits every concept to the fascia that is actually there.

- ### The old sign comes off first
Anything carrying the old business name or logo — fascia letters, window and door decals, plaques, A-boards — is erased and the surface behind restored. The agent checks the cleaned photo and erases again if anything is left.
- ### House numbers and the address stay
House numbers, the street address and a building name that isn’t the business stay where they are, and so do lamps, cameras, plants and furniture. The agent lists what to keep and checks each item is still there.
- ### Sized to the clear fascia band
Each concept is sized to the clear band between the mouldings, with margin above and below. On a shallow fascia it becomes a single line with the mark beside the name, not three stacked tiers.
- ### The building never changes
No taller fascia, no new roofline, nothing over windows, doors or trim. A render that alters the building fails the agent’s own review and is re-drawn.

## Four ways to sign the same shopfront

One café, one site photo, one run: four concepts with different constructions, shown at dusk. The names and specs are the agent’s own.

## From site photo to approved sign, in three steps.

About 2–3 minutes per design run.

1. **Snap the site photo**
Photograph the shopfront from across the street and add the client’s logo — or just the business name and trade. Notes like “must be halo-lit” go in too.
2. **Four buildable concepts**
The old sign is erased and four concepts are placed on the photo, each a different construction with its own spec. The agent checks every render against the site photo and re-draws the ones that fail; lit signs come at dusk and by day.
3. **Approval link + vector pack**
Send the client a link they open without an account to compare, comment and sign. Then export the approved design as SVG, DXF and PDF — design files, not factory files.

## Questions sign shops ask

What happens to the old sign in the photo?

It is erased before anything new goes up: fascia letters, window and door decals, plaques and A-boards that carry the old name or logo. The agent checks the cleaned photo, and if anything is left it erases again.

Will it change the building?

No. The fascia, windows, mouldings and roofline stay exactly as photographed, and house numbers, the street address, lamps and plants are kept. A render that changes the building fails the agent’s review and is re-drawn.

How does it size the sign to the shopfront?

It finds the clear band between the fascia mouldings and sizes the whole sign to sit inside it, with margin above and below. On a shallow fascia it keeps to a single line. For real-world dimensions, mark a scale on the photo in the editor.

Can my client approve the design without an account?

Yes. You send a link, valid for 7 days, where the client compares the concepts, leaves comments and signs the one they want. Once signed, the link becomes a permanent read-only record with the signer’s name, signature, date and a confirmation code.

What kind of shopfront photo works best?

A daytime photo of the whole shopfront, taken from across the street with the fascia fully in frame. You don’t need to go back at night — lit concepts are rendered at dusk for you.
