A neon mockup the client can say yes to
A neon template shows the glow. Your client wants to see it on their own fascia, at the right size, next to their door and windows — and to know what they are paying for.
On the real facade
The old sign is erased and the neon goes on the client’s own building — same wall, same windows, same door — sized against what is in the photo.
Specced like a sign, not a glow effect
LED neon flex on a clear acrylic backer, a painted panel or a concealed rail — written up as something your shop can build and quote.
By day and lit at dusk
Every concept comes as one design in two lights, so the client sees how it reads switched off at noon and glowing in the evening.

DuskWhat goes into a neon spec
- Construction
- LED neon flex on a clear backer, a routed or painted panel, a concealed rail — or hung behind the glass as window neon.
- Colour
- Each neon colour and colour temperature by name, plus the panel and backer colours.
- Backer
- Shape and finish of the backer or panel — clear, painted or none.
- Mounting
- Stand-offs, a rail or cables in the window — fixed to what is actually on the facade.
- Size
- Letter height and overall size in feet and inches, judged against the photo or against a scale you mark on it.
Neon sign mockups from real runs
Unretouched agent output on real site photos — each one passed the agent’s own check against the photo.

From site photo to approved sign, in three steps.
About 2–3 minutes per design run.- Snap the site photoPhotograph the shopfront from across the street and add the client’s logo — or just the business name and trade. Notes like “must be halo-lit” go in too.
- Four buildable conceptsThe old sign is erased and four concepts are placed on the photo, each a different construction with its own spec. The agent checks every render against the site photo and re-draws the ones that fail; lit signs come at dusk and by day.
- Approval link + vector packSend the client a link they open without an account to compare, comment and sign. Then export the approved design as SVG, DXF and PDF — design files, not factory files.
Questions sign shops ask
Can I make a neon mockup for an indoor wall, like a bar or a wedding sign?
Sign Mockup is made for signs on a building: the photo should show a shopfront or a facade, and window neon seen from the street works too. For a neon piece on an indoor wall, a template mockup will usually be quicker.
Is it LED neon or glass neon?
Concepts are drawn and specced as LED neon flex, which is what most shops install today. If the client wants the look of glass neon, say so in the project notes.
Will it design neon if I ask for it?
Write it in the project notes and the concepts are designed around neon — a script, a panel, a badge or window neon. Without a note, the agent picks the construction that suits the brand and the facade, and neon may be one of the four.
Can the files go to a neon bender?
The vector pack has a 1:1 front elevation as SVG and DXF with the lettering outlined, an elevation PDF and a spec sheet. They are design files: the bender still lays out the tube path and the electrics.
What does a neon mockup cost?
Nothing to try: the free plan has 3 credits and no card. One run of four concepts uses 2 credits and a change uses 1. Paid plans start at $49 a month.
